Quality Control Manager
Overview
We are currently recruiting for a construction Quality Control Manager for a high end luxury house builder based in Surrey. You will be actively involved in all stages of the construction process, promoting and overseeing the quality of residential build and ensuring that sites are run in an efficient manner, consistent with the high standards of this luxury developer and comply with all relevant building regulations. You will be responsible for a range of new build residential sites which are spread across Surrey, Hampshire and East Sussex carrying out all inspections during the construction of units under construction regularly to maintain the consistent high standards of new homes expected. From these inspections you will be expected to identify issues that could lead to latent defects and issue corrective reports liaising with site managers, contract managers and the construction director. Skills & Attributes Precise attention to detail In depth knowledge of NHBC standards Excellent communication skills Experience in a similar role on high end residential projects
