Production Engineer Elstree, Hertfordshire £37,000 - £42,000 Progression Bonus Pension An excellent opportunity for a Production Engineer from a manufacturing background looking to work for a global leading company to develop your skills and experience through specialist training as well as progression into managerial roles. Do you have experience as a Production Engineer? Do you have experience in refining manufacturing processes? This company are well-established and specialise in the manufacture of a range of precision engineered products serving the medical industry. They are rapidly expanding and are now looking for someone to join their specialist team due to continual success within their business. In this role you will be in charge of the manufacturing and engineering process to ensure products are finished to the required quality, cost and finish on a variety of bespoke medical devices. As well as identifying non-conformance issues with products and making continual improvements across the business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Production Engineer who is looking for progression and technical development opportunities within a market leading company.
