Digital Project Manager Our client is an award-winning and market-leading North-East based digital agency, highly focussed on the importance of mobile technology, digital strategy and user experience. With an impressive portfolio of clients and strong recent growth, they are currently seeking to add an experienced Digital Project Manager to their friendly team. As Digital Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading the planning and implementation of projects Defining a project’s scope and goals Planning and scheduling project timelines Coordinating project staff Resource planning and allocation Quality assurance Carrying out risk assessment Managing project administration, including all documentation. Meeting budgetary objectives Reporting regularly to senior management. Managing client relationships Tracking project performance Project evaluations and results measurement Support of the wider client services team As Digital Project Manager you’ll need: Recent, proven Digital Project Manager experience, responsible for planning, organising and leading the delivery of multiple software or web development projects, varied in size, that provide exceptional business value to clients Extensive experience in the delivery of projects with multi-disciplinary teams including UX, Creative, Developers and QA Personnel Qualified (or working towards) as a certified SCRUM Master Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, with the ability to blend as required Proven experience in compiling scope of requirements documents, progress reports and change control documents as well as budgetary control and stakeholder reporting The ability to meet with clients and confidently drive face to face meetings Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills Excellent knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools, such as Jira, VSTS, Microsoft Project and Office tools Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation which is proud of its strong technical background Please note: High levels of interest mean we will only contact you if your application is shortlisted and this will happen within five working days.
