Overview
Future build are currently working with a Northamptonshire/London based, specialist architectural metalwork and structural steel contractor who are seeking a Workshop Foreman to join their growing business. They specialise in fabrication and installation of a wide range of metal/steel products covering projects in London, the surrounding home counties and in many instances, working nationally. Projects cover multiple sectors including residential, commercial, industrial. Etc. The successful candidate will oversee the h ands on management of the welders and fabricators on the production floor. In change of s upervising, training and developing staff. Provides advice to management and staff to improve processes.
