They are looking for a seasoned HR Reward Analyst, who has experience managing all things pay including; pay negotiation, reward, benefits and expenses. The role will involve providing specialist reporting and analytical ability to the HR team. What this role entails: Reporting, reconciliation and analysis of HR data internally and externally Supporting annual pay and bonus modelling & processing Undertake salary range bench marking Updating and maintaining reward process documentation and identify any areas of improvement Continuously up to date on legislation and government policy Contribute to various projects To be considered for the role, you will require the following : Strong numerate and analytical skills Ability to produce and interpret data and reports Excellent communication skills Ability to create complex calculations and reports to support pay and associated financial modelling with Microsoft excel.
