Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities: ? To develop strong relationships with line managers across the Division ? To provide advice, information and guidance in line with company policy/procedures ? To support managers with discipline and grievance issues including attending meetings ? To support the management of long-term sickness absence cases and medical referrals ? To collate information and produce various HR reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis ? To issue contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions ? To liaise with Payroll regarding all employee changes and payment queries ? To manage the company car fleet including regular driving license checks ? To undertake a range of HR administration Essential Requirements: ? A minimum of 3 years’ recent HR experience? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Above average knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel ? Excellent admin skills and experience ? Able to travel to various locations across the UK including overnight stays Desirable Requirements: ? A recognised HR qualification ? Payroll experience ? Lives within 30 minutes commute
