Overview

Join our Newcross team today As a Support Worker in Colwyn Bay, Denbigh, Prestatyn, Rhyl, Llandudno, Bangor, Anglesey, Caernarfon and the surrounding areas. You'll be able to change the lives of homeless indiduals with potentially homeless men and women with a prior history of substance abuse ensuring that they receive the best care possible. Your duties will be varied but will include accompanying them to health appointments, supporting them with job seeking activities and actively helping them to integrate within their local communities. For this position, you will have a caseload of up to 20 service users to provide assistance and support to. The right to work in the UK is a must. You'll have prior knowledge of BWP benefits, homeless law, the Criminal Justice System and prior experience of caring for vulnerable adults. As well as excellence in care, we also need you to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift. You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through our app, HealthForceGo®.
