Overview

Learning and Development Manager - Social Care Bright selection are currently working with an exclusive client to recruit an experienced and professional manager to lead their Learning and Development function across their portfolio of homes. Our client is an established care home provider with a number of residential dementia care services across North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will join an organisation with a strong, care focussed culture and quality outcomes to match. Leading a team of L&D professionals you will ensure that the strategy and L&D delivery enables home managers and teams to deliver innovative person centred care. You will also have a commitment to developing leaders of the future, working with the group to support, nurture and inspire their teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a high quality provider who can offer support and growth into a Head of L&D role for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be an accomplished L&D manager with experience gained in the health and social care sector. The role will be based in Hertfordshire with travel across the home counties so candidates will need to be a car driver with access to a vehicle.
