Macildowie are honoured to be partnering with a absolutely incredible company whom provide specialist services to the construction and waste recycling industries and with their growing team are recruiting for a fantastic Commercial Administrator to join their family inspired company. So where are they located? The company are based in a rural location of Alfreton just off Junction 28/M1 so you would need your own transport to reach the office. What does the role involve? You will be assisting the commercial team with all the administration tasks such as: Collating data from multiple sources, checking for accuracy before submitting to internal and external customers. Any discrepancies then these need to be queried and resolved quickly. Checking subcontractor applications/invoices against internal job management systems before approving for payment. Maintaining contract files, ensuring all appropriate information is easily accessible. Responding to internal/external queries promptly. Assisting with any other duties as required. What you will bring to the table? Very good understanding of Microsoft packages in particular you must have Excel knowledge as the role is heavily excel based for inputting data. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi task. You are happy to complete adhoc duties as and when required and be able to re-prioritise at a drop of a hat Incredible attention to detail when inputting information Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent task management and document control skills Have previous Administration/Data Inputting experience Be able to work confidently within a team as well as an individual You are an ambitious individual with a passion to learn and develop yourself.
