£52,110 per annum Bonus of up to £8000 | Full Time | Elderly and Dementia Care | Good CQC | Great Staff Benefits | A leading residential care home in Bognor Regis requires an experienced Care Home Manager to lead the team and develop the service. The 30 bedded home caters to older adults with elderly and dementia care needs and following the most recent CQC inspection the home received an overall Good quality grade. This includes the effective management of staff, budgets and resources, arranging new admissions, conducting risk assessments, coordinating training and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the home. The qualities, experience and skills our client require in a Home Manager: • At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Care Home Manager • Have completed recognised qualifications in Care and Management such as NVQ Level 4, The Registered Managers Award or Diploma Level 5 and willing to further develop your skills and knowledge • A strong manager and able to motivate, coach and develop teams of staff • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Have good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and quality assurance tools • Budget experience is essential For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
