Overview
Options Resourcing are pleased to be recruiting for a highly reputable construction company with a high-profile project in Brighton (East Sussex). If you're a Site Manager with a Carpentry and Supervisors background seeking a new challenge and looking for an opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company, then look no further Day to day duties include. · Manage work force to ensure quality control · Work to programme of works and meet deadlines · Create Programs for work force, monitor & report · Manage material requirements · Manage Health & Safety requirements and issues · Report to Project Managers with programme and performance updates · Deal with technical issues on site · Attend Health & Safety meetings · Be contractually aware and deal with instructions and RFI'S · Be a good communicator, both verbally and written · Computer literate · Be honest and reliable You will need the following experience and cards / licences -Background in Carpentry and Site Management experience -First Aid Certificate -Have a valid SMSTs, SSSTS and have a valid site management card (Black CSCS Card) Rate is negotiable depending on experience We are looking to hire the right candidate immediately.
