£40,000 p/a - Band 7 Equivalent | Full-Time Days | Covering Nursing & Residential Homes in Norfolk & Suffolk | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | Great Benefits A leading national care group is currently looking to employ a Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Regional Clinical Support Manager to cover their homes in Norfolk and Suffolk. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse Regional Clinical Support Manager position and what the successful candidate will receive: A permanent contract for full-time days A great annual salary of £40,000 A requirement to travel throughout the East Anglia region on a regular basis A great staff benefits package which can further be discussed at interview As Nurse Regional Clinical Support Manager, you will make regular monitoring visits to all the homes within your remit and will conduct clinical audits and investigations, support with clinical governance, safeguarding and competency assessments in addition to supporting Home Managers to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance and ensure a high quality clinical service. What we are looking for in a Nurse Regional Clinical Support Manager NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN and Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered Demonstrate proven experience in a multi-site/senior managerial role within the UK nursing home/adult social care sector Have excellent knowledge and understanding of Local Authority & CQC regulatory requirements, safeguarding policies, clinical audit and governance processes Passionate about high quality care and able to work with stakeholders at all levels, including Local Authorities, Regulators and Company Directors To apply now please follow the link provided.
