Reception Supervisor

Maintaining and managing staff rotas Reception duties, greeting visitors, booking appointments Arranging cover for staff absences Back to work and disciplinary meetings Supporting the team Administration You will be: Confident and have experience in managing staff Experienced within administration and customer facing roles Extremely approachable Hard working and committed Flexible to cover early and late shifts if required Culture: This is a very well established company who have family feel, the team truly support each other therefore a team player is essential. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5. You may be required to do an early or later shift if cover is needed. Free parking on site and great company perks.
