Overview
Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for an Audit Semi Senior / Senior to join a thriving office in London. The firms audit team in London is growing, and therefore has brought on a number of new clients over the last few months both locally and internationally. You will report to supervisors and managers, taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately, to deadline and liaising with clients in line with the Client Charter. You will act as audit semi senior / senior on audit assignments, taking responsibility for the overall audit direction and supervision of junior staff, as well as preparing audit planning documentation for review by the supervisor. Responsibilities Along with those responsibilities mentioned above you will: Perform statutory Audits in accordance with UK GAAP or IFRS Produce more complex draft financial statements in a statutory format using the firm’s accounting software Produce consolidated financial statements for a group Requirements Qualified AAT or ACA/ACCA, or part qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience Team player Flexible Approachable Good communication skill Firm Culture and Benefit The firm offer benefits such as agile working, and an engagement programme centred around mental health and wellbeing. 1 paid day a year for volunteering.
