Overview

A construction consultancy company based near the Strand are recruiting a new administrative/ office assistant to join their small and close-knit team in providing strong administrative support. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, a quick learner and possess a good attitude to the work and those around them. Working closely alongside the Office Manager and assistant OM, you will be responsible for: Greeting clients and managing meeting rooms Providing refreshments/ setting up when necessary Uploading and downloading company data to the system Formatting reports Ad-hoc assistance to the Office Manager(s) Utilising SAGE50 to raise invoices and manage expenses This role will require a keen eye for detail and strong Microsoft Office skills. Training will be provided however experience with SAGE and in Excel are preferable. Paying up to £25,000pa.
