Overview
Our client within public sector is looking for Interim Change and Improvement Transformation Programme Managers (x3) to join the newly created Transformation Hub based in Newham. The role is offered on a 6 months contract basis paying up to £400/day (umbrella / inside IR35) . The Transformation Programme Manager will help the council deliver on its ambitious Children's Services Strategic Change and Improvement programme. The scale of change is significant; which includes working with and across all functions to maximise the impact of opportunities offered by partnership working, focussing on outcomes and service innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to join Children's Services at a critical time and offers a career defining opportunity to drive whole systems change and deliver impact an outcome for Children and Families in Newham. We are looking for excellent and high ambitious Transformation Programme Managers to manage a range of complex change and transformation programmes and projects across Children services . You must be highly skilled and focused upon delivery of impact and outcomes. As a person you will be able to challenge the system to think radically and promote a culture of positive disruption. Successful candidate will have: Extensive experience and a proven track record in leading complex change, improvement and transformation portfolio's, projects and programmes. Extensive experience in programme management and project methodologies. Significant experience in working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and embed change and improvement culture across the organisation.
