This is an exciting opportunity for a driven customer service professional to join a global organisation based in Croydon. This company are looking for a customer service professional to join their team on the 20th April. You will be providing efficient professional and proactive responses to inbound calls with the aim to assist the customers throughout their journey. Description Key responsibilities include: Handle all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with the company and clients expectations Provide a proactive response to assistance calls by advising queries providing solutions To ensure the relevant supervisor is informed of any service failure of potential problem Manage each assistance file to ensure that customers receive the most appropriate service in a timely and cost effective manner Ensure that all benefits are applied in the most cost effective manner Ensure that accurate costings are given for all assistance files utilising available systems Assist each customer throughout their journey ensuring exceptional customer service is provided Profile The successful candidate will have: Good standard of general education English Language GCSE or equivalent A genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service The ability to effectively manage multiple cases Excellent telephone manner Fast accurate typing skills PC Literate Good geographical knowledge Proven experience of providing a quality customer service within a pressurised environment Enthusiastic Diplomatic Calm under pressure Assertive Flexible Job Offer This is a full time position on a permanent basis offering a competitive salary with a fantastic benefits package. This role requires you to work 35 hours a week, on an 8 week shift pattern including evenings, nights and weekends. This client is looking for potential employees to start on the 20th April 2020
