Your new role Joining Hays as an Supply Teacher you will be responsible for managing classrooms secondary schools on a daily and/or long term basis. You will be responsible for managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained and ensuring all pupils are completing the required work. You will regularly be in the same schools which will be based throughout Manchester and surrounding areas, therefore will build strong working relationships with schools. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position you will be a Qualified Teacher, have experience in the past 5 years of working in Secondary School and hold QTS.
