Role: Rehabilitation/Community Support Workers Based: Northampton Salary:£16,009- 17,180 Depending on experience Bank Contracts currently Our client are currently seeking Support Workers in Northampton for their Outstanding rated by CQC service which supports adults who have brain injury or who suffer from other neurological conditions. The main service is based in Hartwell however they have other services based in Duston, Weston Favel and Hunsbury also. We are looking for Community Support Workers to work in Duston, Weston Favell and Hunsbury and for Rehabilitation Support Workers to work in Hartwell. Hours of work: Posts are full and part time and will include a variety of days, nights and twilights across 7 days a week on a rota basis. Flexibility is required and fixed shifts cannot be given. Support Workers will: · be responsible for maintaining and delivering a high standard of holistic care. · implement and effectively assist in the day-to-day running of all prescribed resident care packages and assist in meeting all basic care needs. · be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills. · receive a comprehensive induction and training specific to their role.
