SAP B1 Support Analyst

COMPANY With business growth the opportunity is now available for a SAP B1 Support Analyst to join a well-established SAP Gold partner. Based at their south Manchester office with over 100 people on site, the successful analyst will earn a starting salary of £25,000, in addition to 25 days holiday, great training, pension, monthly reward scheme, free parking and more. THE JOB You will be responsible for: Delivering outstanding customer service through understanding the user's needs Providing helpdesk assistance to SAP Business One internal and external customers from a range of industries Quickly, professionally and efficiently processing support tickets Taking full ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly escalated/ prioritised appropriately.
