Overview

Radio Coverage Deliverables Data analyst who has hands on working experience and proficient in MS Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of additional tools such as Python, SQL will be an added advantage. To manage, update complex Excel spreadsheets and manipulate project specific data and provide detailed high-level reports to ensure project success. Radio Planning Background is an advantage Primary Responsibilities Design comprehensive data reports utilising Microsoft Excel and other business tools to present to project managers. Design analytics dashboard and KPI report for internal teams to identify critical data points and translate data in to clear and coherent visualisations and reports. Collaborate and offer insights to the project team Identify errors in data and present to leadership team. Work with management to prioritise business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalisation Perform other duties as assigned Success-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to implement and manage cross-functional projects Provides highest level of customer service for both internal and external customers Ability to prioritise tasks and projects Accurate discernment on when to act independently and when to ask for guidance and/or assistance Consistently demonstrates flexibility, a customer-focus, terrific organisational skills and a passion for details Consistently meets project deadlines and communicates any projected delays with team lead/manager in advance of deadlines to ensure client needs are met Skills and Attributes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to solve problems and deal with variables Proficiency with MS Excel knowledge: pivot tables, conditional formatting, concatenation, formulas such as IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89853325
