Dispensing Optician Manager - Role High end dispensing, stocking many leading brands such as Lindberg, Starck, Silhouette, Rayban, Revo, LaFont, LA Eyewear Diverse patient base Provide a comprehensive and bespoke dispensing service Autonomy on product ordering Working alongside a second fully qualified Dispensing Optician, Trainee Dispensing Optician and Receptionist Taking a lead in the practice, ensuring the shop floor is running smoothly Training and mentoring staff Ensuring each patient has an amazing experience Assisting with the expansion of the practice Dispensing Optician - Requirements GOC registered 10 years qualified Previous supervisory or management experience Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
