Overview
Bank Support worker required to join a specialist, reputable Care provider for Adults with Learning disabilities, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions. The support worker role is based in Chalfont St Peter . This Support work position requires a Support worker to work Adults with Learning disabilities and Epilepsy in a Supported Living environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a difference to someones daily life . Shift times (you can pick, see the shift patterns below) 07:00-14:00 14:00 - 22:00 07:00- 13:00 13:00-21:00 08:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 20:00 07:30 - 14:30 14:30 -22:00 Benefits Great pay Weekly pay Flexible hours Pick the shifts you want each week Key Responsibilities- Supporting service users with their daily routines Following their care plans and promoting independence Ensuring that the service user is living in a safe, healthy and happy environment Monitoring and improving the quality of care and support Ensuring that all the legal and regulatory standards are met Personal Care Moving and Handling Key Experience required Experience working with Adults with Learning disabilities, Epilepsy and mental health conditions Experience of Moving and Handling Experience of supporting a service user with personal care All applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS which is on the update service.
