Overview
Internal Sales Engineer required for a well-established supplier of plant & tool equipment based in the Stockport area. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service / sales skills a long with a minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer service or sales team within the plant & tool or manufacturing / construction industries. Internal Sales Engineer - Plant & Tool Equipment Position Overview Ensure all enquiries are dealt with and orders are seen through to completion and to the satisfaction of the customer. Work with your allocated external Field Sales rep to ensure that customers are given the regular contact and support needed whilst also supporting your partner day to day with their duties. Taking incoming calls / processing all sales orders / quotations Log customer interactions Proactively seek out and track projects within our London customer base to ensure we are first on hand to supply and support the customers from quoting stage through to completion.
