Overview
Location: Glasgow City Centre Do you enjoy solving problems? Are you a very customer focused person? Have you a high attention for detail? My Client is looking for x 12 Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Glasgow City Centre. This role will involve supporting new and existing customers with their all types of enquiries. Hours of work are between 07:00 AM and 23:00 PM, 5 days over 7 including weekends, 16 weekend days out of 26 week period (on a rotational basis) Skills and Experience Required: Strong customer service skills Experience in analysing data Ability to deal with complaints Good problem solving skills Due to the nature of their business successful candidates will be required: - pass criminal record check - pass credit and background checks - be able to provide details 5 years of references If you are interested in this role please apply today
