Warehouse Supervisor, £25,000, Motherwell Your new company An opportunity to join a leading distribution company who are going through a significant time of growth. They currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor for a night shift position working Sunday - Thursday 0600-1500. Our client has a strong reputation for customer service and as they continue to grow they need to recruit and develop the right people. Your new role You will manage an operational section of the business dedicated to ensuring your workforce are engaged, well managed and perform to the highest standards against their KPI's. You will be working with one their key account customers and this is working within a chilled environment. You will be involved in the training and development of your employees and agency staff too. What you'll need to succeed Ideally have experience working within 3rd party logistics or general haulage. Food industry experience would be desirable and good knowledge of warehouse management systems or SAP experience. Strong leadership skills and experience of attendance management. What you'll get in return Salary of up to £25,000 DOE and company pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and free parking.
