Lettings Valuer - Stourbridge- £28k Package My client is a highly regarded and long standing independent Estate and Lettings agency with multiple branches across the West Midlands. They are always looking to deliver a first class level of service to all customers with the ideal candidate sharing this ethos. They offer excellent earning potential along with great opportunities for future career progression. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced and professional Lettings Valuer. Your main responsibilities within this role will include: ·Arranging and conducting Lettings valuations ·Continued business generation ·Arranging and conducting viewings when required ·Canvassing to generate market appraisals ·List properties available for let including photography, legal documents and negotiation of terms ·Maintain regular communication with landlords and potential new landlords ·Provide landlords with sound advice regarding rental values, legal requirements etc. Key Skills • Current Lettings Experience • Well Presented and Well Spoken • Excellent communication skills • A team player with excellent organisational skills • Full UK driving license and car Contact In order to discuss this vacancy and all other vacancies that we have in the property sector, please contact Buzzrecruit.
