Overview
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work mixed shifts. Registered Nurse Salary £16.50-£20.60 per hour depending on experience and probation period 38.5 hours/week on mixed shifts Are you a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team? Our main aim is to help our residents maintain their dignity and independence in our homely surrounding situated in the Walton on Thames area.(KT12 1JJ) About the role As a Registered Nurse, you’ll value kindness above all. Because it drives every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will understand that our residents are people just like you with their own stories to tell. You’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to these people. You will be Leading, motivating and mentoring your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. What you’ll need We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.
