Our client is a specialists in customer experience measurement and research. They are well-establish with a proven track record of improving companies’ customer experience, customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a full-service agency they help with every stage of their client’s research journey, from planning their programme and developing their approach, through to carrying out the research, analysing the data and communicating their results. The ideal candidate: ·must have a background in Research, have experience within qualitative and quantitative data research and data analysis. ·will be degree educated in Market Research or have a good level of education in another subject alongside considerable industry experience. ·must be able to give advice to clients on what type of research campaign would best suit their needs and budget. ·will have experience of writing proposals and be professional in all communications with internal and external contacts. ·will be comfortable following up warm leads, making calls, arranging meetings and travelling throughout the UK to attend visits. ·will have a focus on new business, although all from warm qualified leads, but there may be some account management too, but the split will be no more than 25% account management.
