What is expected of you on a Daily/Weekly Basis? · Your role is integral to Savvy and your main responsibility is to keep the flow of energy through the room. You have an important job to deliver and feed the consultants. · Your role is to captivate and engage with as many candidates as possible. You will need to develop an excellent rapport building skills that means you win over the trust and confidence in every candidate you speak too. Use humour and pleasantries on the phone to get candidates to work with Savvy exclusively. · You need to be speaking to every one of the consultants on your team ever day to know which roles you should be prioritising. · As a Savvy Candidate Specialist you should be leading the way each day; sending out the most CVs and having the most amount of interviews arranged. For your own success, you want everybody within your sector to know who you are. Are you the go to the recruiter in the industry? Because that is what you want to be happening. · You will also lead from the front with ITRIS (our CRM), demonstrating immaculate admin skills and keeping candidate keywords updated whilst also being the king/queen of groups and any ITRIS shortcuts. You need to own your specialism and keep up to date with trends and the latest news in the industry.
