Overview

Conversion Specialist I’m currently looking for a Conversion Specialist for one of the UK’s leading digital product agencies where they pride themselves on creating the best in class customer experiences to aid their clients. Working with some massive brand names across various sectors such as E-commerce / Travel / Finance / Charity. You will be responsible for the continual improvement of client websites and apps, determining where there are opportunities for online improvement; and building and analysing research and testing programmes. Role: Conversion Specialist Package: £22k to £32k Bonus training budgets other cool benefits Location: Manchester City Centre (WFH & Flexi time options) Role and responsibilities - Work with senior conversion practitioners to deliver conversion optimisation programmes and product experiments within teams. - Carry out qualitative and quantitative research activities with support to provide insights for experimentation - Develop hypotheses and apply prioritisation methodology to develop clear roadmaps - Develop concepts with designers and developers and carry the experiments through to launch - Analyse and evaluate the performance of experiments and make recommendations - Measure the ongoing performance of products Key Skills - Experience of customer experience analytics tools (e.g. Crazy Egg, Hotjar,) - Experience of planning and implementing AB and MV testing programmes, and personalisation programmes - Experience of common AB/MVT software (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize.) - Experienced and proficient in Google Analytics/other analytics tools - Awareness UX research - Qualitative and quantitative user research techniques (user testing, depth interviews, tree testing, card sorting, surveys) - Experience of defining objectives and KPIs on digital projects This role is being advertised by MRJ Recruitment, a team of talented team of specialist recruiters that live and breathe the Digital age.
