Adecco are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to undertaken shift work on an on-going basis. This role involves day and night shifts and includes weekends. The shift patterns are as follows: 9am - 4pm, 3pm - 10pm and 10pm - 8am so flexibility is essential. This role is predominantly answering incoming calls, liaising with all internal employees and supporting the emergency services team with a swift, proactive service. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, and come from a customer service, operator or reception background as well as having the ability to work unsupervised. This position will include overtime and enhancements including time and a half on a Saturday and double pay on a Sunday. Also there is a bonus structure which the successful candidate will be entitled too, this is paid out dependant on passing a 3 month probation period. This role will be starting immediately and would suit someone looking for a variety of different working hours, with a good attitude to work overtime.
