Insolvency Solicitor 1 PQE & 5 PQE

Insolvency Solicitor NQ & 5yrs Regional heavyweight law firm with offices across the South East and a London presence is seeking to expand their Insolvency Team and recruit an experienced Solicitor 5yrs PQE to join their successful team. Our client has an enviable portfolio of clients including; entrepreneurs, SME's and large corporate entities across many different sectors. The Insolvency & Business Recovery team is highly rated and has built up a wealth of expertise within the practice and expertise of its team whom have been nominated for industry awards. The role will involve acting for Licensed Insolvency practitioners and business owners, company directors and debtors/creditors handling both contentious and non-contentious work including advisory services, business sales, insolvency claims, high profile bankruptcy's. The work is interesting and varied allowing for an excellent 5yrs with on-going training and support at a nationally recognised law firm based at their Southampton office.
