Customer Service Advisors - Immediate Start £8.50ph 40 hours per week - You must be fully flexible to work hours between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday Are you available immediately for temporary work in Sheffield? Search Consultancy is working closely with a well known contact centre to recruit a large number of temporary customer service advisors to take inbound customer service calls. Full training will be provided but you must have a friendly and polite telephone manner along with great IT skills. The duties of the Inbound Customer Service Advisor will include: Taking inbound customer service calls to advise and direct people to websites or give them factual information Use of a bespoke system Ability to provide an exceptional customer service This is an amazing opportunity for people who are maybe waiting to start a job or are available immediately looking for some extra cash The temporary assignment will be for at least 4 weeks and we have start dates as soon as tomorrow We are looking to speak with people from all employment backgrounds as long as you have excellent communication skills.
