Location: Bradford Department: Corporate Services Work Level: Work Level 2 Job Type: Full Time Permanent Advertising End Date: 25 Mar 2020 About The Role We are currently recruiting for a Licencing Administrator to join the team at our Head office in Bradford. This vacancy is a full time, permanent opportunity, working 40 hours per week. In accordance with legal requirements you will implement defined processes to achieve and maintain the necessary licences to operate for stores and colleagues. You'll analyse complex data and collate coherent management information/reports to agreed formats and frequencies to support fact-based decision making across entire Technical team. About You Knowledge Essential: A background in administration (or similar), with an eye for detail Comfortable analysing complex details Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Advantageous but not essential as training will be provided: Working knowledge of Licensing legislation and its enforcement. Full knowledge of Morrisons licensing processes. Knowledge of Morrisons purchase ordering and invoicing systems. Skills Strong organisational and planning abilities Ability to work on own initiative within defined parameters.
