Overview
COS Recruitment are looking for Resourcers in Knutsford. It's a temp - perm role, available immediately. About the role / key responsibilities Do you thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working a varied shift pattern including some weekends? We are looking for Resourcers to support the fulfilment of temporary labour for our clients. As part of this role you will maintain regular telephone contact with client and agencies to keep them fully informed on status of bookings, book temporary staff into shifts via the company's inhouse booking system and comply with SLA requirements of assigned contracts. About you / key skills You will have excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office email & excel) You will have a confident and professional telephone manner You will be able to adapt to the different work patterns which include night working and weekends. Salary and Benefits This role is offered at a salary of £21,500 per annum based on an average 35.5 hour working week plus 25 days’ holiday and pension. The shift pattern includes 12 hour shifts (with a one hour unpaid rest break), working a combination of either 6am to 6pm or 11am to 11pm. Typically working either Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday with some weekends.
