Yard Assistant - Builders Merchants

Yard Assistant - Builders Merchant West Sussex - Crawley - Horsham 20k - 24k depending on experience. We are recruiting a Yard Sales Operative for a leading Builders Merchants. Ideally someone with experience within the builders' merchants sector in a Yard Assistant / Yard operative and/or yard or warehouse experience. FLT experience would be helpful - ideally Telescopic or Counterbalance. Training would be provided. As a Yard Assistant / Yard Operative the role will involve an element of manual handling, as well as using equipment to load and unload deliveries, interacting with customers and make sure they are satisfied, ensuring the yard is kept presented to a high standard. There is always plenty to do and a variety of jobs so it is important the candidate can use initiative and is able to manage their time sufficiently. This full time and permanent role can provide an excellent foundation for a successful career in the builders' merchants whilst supplying a competitive salary.
