Scrum Master - SDLC Leeds Up to £55k DOE Benefits Why are we hiring? I'm working with a forward-thinking firm in the process of a tech modernisation who are looking for an experienced and capable Scrum Master to work with existing software development teams tas they continue their Agile transformation. The Company A modern, forward thinking provider of automotive software applications, they are big believers in the Agile methodology and keen to build future capability. They are focused on building a replacement for their existing software product and keen to continue their growth. The Job As a Scrum Master , you'll need to embody Agile in all you do - you'll be part of a group of Agile professionals who will be the face of Agile within the business. You'll have a " coaching first " mentality and be passionate about the power of coaching and what effective coaching can do for a business. You'll work closely with multiple development teams, planning Sprints with a view to delivery on a regular basis, and you'll be able to work with Agile veterans and newbies equally effectively As a minimum you'll need: Solid experience in the Scrum Master role with a tech-focused business Experience of Sprint planning and facilitation of Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master Coaching teams in the Agile methodology in an environment where some people will be experts and some people will be new to it It'd be great if you had: Scrum Master certification Experience in the automotive sector What's in it for you?
