Location: Achieve together has two homes, Durlston House, Durlston Lodge,Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 Hours: 37.5 per week based on a 24/7 shift pattern including opportunities for overtime. Salary: £9.78 pension as well as enhanced payments for; sleep-in, on call and bank holidays. Achieve together are currently looking for a Shift Leader to join the care team based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire on a permanent basis. Main Responsibilities You will be a key member of the team and will be required to support the day to day running of the service, in line with legislation. Lead, coach, mentor and support a team of staff. Support rota planning. To take all practicable action to cover shifts if a member of staff phones in sick or does not arrive at work.
