Overview
My client a large distribution company in Blackburn are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join the on a long term temporary basis. Working in a busy warehouse you will work closely with the warehouse team, providing them with administrative support. Duties will include: Inputting orders onto the system Checking stock orders on the system Liaising with other departments Generating pick reports for the warehouse Printing despatch notes Speaking with couriers This is an administration position, but will be based within the warehouse. Candidates applying for this position must have previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment, although this is not essential because training will be given. Working a rotating shift of 6-2pm and 2-10pm. This is initially an on-going temporary position, although could go permanent for the right candidate.
