Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator with high attention to detail and pensions experience to work with a charming client of ours in central Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a temporary ongoing contract with full time hours that requires an immediate start. Job role: Assist in the daily operation of pension schemes and life insurance policies To act as first point of contact for the department, dealing with routine enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner and communicating relevant information to stakeholders Provide effective administration support Effectively communicating with stakeholders through email, telephone and letter. Various AdHoc task as required Collation, preparation and submission of data from a range of sources Provision of administrative support including typing up letters, requesting outstanding information, and data input To deliver an effective and competent level of clerical support to the pensions team Required skills: Must have full rights to work in UK Must have pensions administration experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Great attention to detail Reliable and dependable individual Have strong administration skills Must have a high level of accuracy Pay: £14.00 per hour PAYE Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
