Page Personnel are recruiting a junior procurement administrator on behalf of our client based in Goldthorpe. This role is suitable for someone with experience of working in a fast paced and changing environment. Client Details Our client is looking for someone who has experience within a procurement environment and enjoys working in fast paced and changing team dynamic. Description Key responsibilities include: Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners Track orders and ensure timely delivery Update internal databases with order details Maintain and update sales and invoicing on the system Provide administrative support to the team Input volumes of data Update the relevant databases Profile Key skills include: Strong IT skills Excellent administrative skills Good communication skills both written and verbal Excellent organisation skills Able to adapt to changing circumstances Experience on Microsoft NAV (desirable) Job Offer Free on site parking Opportunity for progression Mon- Friday working week. 37.5 hours
