An exciting B2B all-in-one platform company are on the lookout for a client focused Product Manager to join their growing Product team in North London. The Company This award-winning software vendor are delivering a platform successful to employees, developing an all-in-one hub to develop employee engagement. They work with a number of big clients, including EY, Goldman Sachs, PWC and KPMG, with a passion for delivering a complex platform, accessible and useable for all employees, across their clients businesses. They are bringing on an increasing number of clients at the moment, with the need for ambitious Product Managers increasing. Product Manager Role The Product Manager role will give you the opportunity to work with a range of different clients on new features and functionalities, delivering on complex requirements, processes and rules, working across development teams, the product team, UX designers and customer success managers. You will be able to provide everyday support to their clients, resolving pain points and general queries, improving the online user experience and user interface for future upgrades. You will also have the opportunity to work to develop a deep understanding of their cloud based platform and processes, including influencing overall strategy for the product and the wider business towards scaling up and delivering successful KPIs throughout 2020. Essential Experience More than 2 years’ experience B2B Product Management, working closely with clients and customers to deliver on complex requirements A mix of technical and commercial product management experience Strong client facing skills Strong communication and analytical skills They are paying £50,000-£60,000 for this exciting Product Manager role and initial telephone interviews are being booked in from Monday 16th March.
