Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an award-winning accountancy firm in West Yorkshire as they look to recruit a Transaction Services Executive for their Leeds Office. As one of the top firms in the region their Transaction Services team is highly respected in the Corporate Finance space having experienced significant growth in the past 5 years. My client is ideally looking for a strong communicator with 1 years' experience within Corporate Finance however, candidates with strong communication skills currently working within other sectors such as audit will also be considered. What to expect: -Working on a series of significant projects the Transaction Services Executive position will support clients in different sectors to make informed decisions regarding their business -The role will work alongside a number of team members on larger, complex assignments as well as smaller transactions -As part of this support the role will include the analysis of financial data to identify key value drivers as well as key risks of businesses by performing a range of profit and loss, trading, balance sheet and working capital analysis -Attending client meetings and interacting with management teams where appropriate to discuss historical business performance, future plans and forecast assumptions -As an executive you will work closely with senior management helping to build and maintain relationships with clients The successful applicant will be: - ACA Qualified or Exam Qualified - Experience of financial due diligence is desirable but candidates from other sectors including audit and a willingness to learn will be considered - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to perform consistently at a high level under pressure What's on offer: - Excellent salary and benefits -27 8 days annual leave - Private healthcare - Agile working - A clear progression pathway within transaction services If you meet the criteria for this role, and are interested in being put forward please do not hesitate to apply or contact me to discuss.
