A team leading Joinery Foreman is required to join an established and ambitious Sheffield based design and build fit out company. The Company A national award-winning company with an excellent reputation which designs, builds and furnishes high performance working environments. Since 1991 they have completed thousands of UK contracts for prestigious and Blue Chip companies in all areas of business around the UK including; Offices, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Utilities, Hotel, Leisure, Professional Services, Retail and Construction. Due to continuous company growth they have ambitious plans to further develop the company to become recognized as the best of its’ kind in the region. Main Role The company is looking to recruit an experienced Joinery Foreman to join their team. The individual must be an experienced and highly organised professional and have a track record of “getting things done”. You will be taking a hands-on role overseeing, coordinating and managing a multi trades workforce. Previous experience of having run commercial and retail fit outs of varying sizes is essential Job Requirements: Excellent joinery skills and experience with a keen eye on quality Supervising, co-ordinating and managing trades staff on site Carrying out first and second fix joinery In depth site Health and Safety management experience Performing all other related tasks to get projects completed on time to a high standard A can do customer focussed attitude The Successful Candidate Will Have: A trade qualification in joinery and be a competent and confident tradesperson SMSTS qualification CSCS card holder First Aid qualified Experience of having run medium to large size commercial interior fit-outs Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
