We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for this global company to work at their Travel Department in Croydon. The Company Our client is the world’s leading B2B2C specialist and expert in the creation and delivery of unique solutions that combine service, insurance and technology to provide worldwide protection and care. They specialise in assistance, international health & life, automotive and travel insurance. Their solutions are available to their business partners and via direct channels. The Role As Customer Service Advisor / Travel Support Executive you will: • Provide an outstanding customer experience at every contact • Handle high volumes of calls and responding to customer emails • Answer queries clearly and professionally, whilst building rapport with customers. The successful candidate will join a high performing team and have the opportunity to learn and develop their customer care skills in a supportive and challenging environment. About You In order to be considered for the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following key skills and personal attributes: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to details and a focus on quality • Able to adapt and show flexibility to changing requirements • Strong organisational skills and time management Rewards For the role of Customer Service Advisor there is a salary on offer of Salary £20,550 per annum plus up to £1,000 performance bonus.
