Overview
We are seeking to recruit motivated and caring staff that are committed to providing high quality, person centred care and support and who are looking for a career in social care. Within your role you will assist people to live well at home, address issues of social exclusion and isolation and work positively with family members and other professionals to ensure the people we support are part of a well co-ordinated service that meets their individual needs. If you are creative and feel you could work with people on a one to one basis to build positive relationships and enable individuals to live fulfilling lives, building on strengths, skills and interests then we would love to receive an application form from you. Previous care experience is essential for our relief roles. The service will operate from a Community Hub in Droylsden, which will offer a range of activities for the people we support and be accessible to the local community.
