Main Purpose of the Job: The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for overseeing and expanding the development of Client Services with third party providers, the Partners, Field Management Team and St. James’s Place itself. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, develop and monitor communications and relationships between Senior Support Manager team and Head Office (Cirencester) as well as Partner/Field Provide support to the Administration Centres and FMT where head office intervention is required by form of concession Support and implement improvements driven by root cause analysis to field/Partner Help promote clear understanding of SSM key responsibilities to Partner/Field/Head Office, encouraging Location engagement with SSM, accompany and support SSM in Location visits Support the facilitation of Ongoing Advice Fee amendments requests Manage the Client Services email inbox Support the facilitation of New Partner Requests Occasional travel to SJP locations/ administration centres Required Skills : Ability to seek and provide solutions by form of concession using up to date knowledge of regulatory and legislative guidelines Innovative approach to problem solving demonstrating ability to put 'client outcome’ first whilst obeying regulations and using relevant matrixes Strong interpersonal, communication and presenting skills Capable and confident of regularly creating and presenting information MI and reports Willingness to engage senior management within SJP/ Field and Admin Centres regularly to provide necessary support and oversight Required Technical Knowledge & Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of Service Now Case Management Capability of manipulating, converting and formatting heavy data in excel for non-users Various system application knowledge such as Microsoft, Bluedoor, iBusiness, EBS, MIA, Service Now Case Management, Outlook Is this role for you?
