Application Architect (Manchester) - 6 month contract I am currently recruiting for an Application Architect for an initial 6 month contract with my Manchester based retail client. As the successful Application Architect, you will bring a mix of technical skills, industry insight, business acumen and leadership to build close working relationships with my client's architecture and engineering teams. Essential Skills : Excellent knowledge of exploiting Microsoft Azure for delivery of cloud-native solutions A strong background in Microsoft technology; experience of building scalable, resilient and secured application and Microsoft .NET, Azure Serverless technologies, Azure integration service, Cosmos DB Exposure to and some experience of working with structured architecture approaches (e.g. TOGAF) Experience of Agile / Scrum methodology Working knowledge of relevant technologies and software architecture patterns Azure for Azure platform as a Service, Product ownership If this sounds like the right role for you and you would like to discuss it further, please send me an up to date CV and I will arrange a time to call you.
