Overview

We are looking for a Night Support Worker for our children's home in Rugeley. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for the care, welfare and safety of the young people during the night. This role will also involve personal care. All of our young people have autism and this can present with very challenging behaviours. Shifts are worked on a 3 week rolling rota covering all weekdays and weekends. Due to the location of our premises, having the use of a car would be beneficial. This is a physically demanding role. We undertake enhanced DBS checks and we are committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our young people and expect our employees to share this commitment. Hours: A family is 24/7 and so are we. We use a rota system to ensure the young people in our home get the care they need. Shift times will be worked on a 3 week rolling rota and shift times will be approximately 9.45pm to 8am.
